Clean place & exceptional and pleasant staff with Excellent service. Functional & modern rooms with dining table and high floors, for example. Sumptuous and large breakfast, plenty of meals.

Overall the room is good modern, nicely furnished and includes an excellent air conditioning and a storage space. The location is magnificent, bars and cafés were near the hotel. Don't forget to visit nearby Cafe Punto, they have best coffee ever.
The bathrooms are cold.

Really good overall experience. Well-maintained and top-class hotel in a nice historic style building. Twin/double room with nice facilities, a great view on the mountains and bedside table. Magnificent and absolutely perfect setting, near bars and cafés. Also, easy to get to Kok Tobe park.

Great views from higher floors. Beautiful building. Comfortable shop inside. Walking distance to everything. Metro station nearby. Spectacular views from high floor rooms. Some English-speaking staff.
